WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Sezelle Atelier is based in Istanbul, Turkey.

 

HOW MANY COLLECTIONS ARE RELEASED EACH YEAR?

Each year, SEZELLE offers one Made to Order Seasonless collection, which launches in January 

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

All of the SEZELLE collection dresses are made to order for the unique customer. Every dress is made with your personal body measurements. Please visit the Sizing page ( https://www.sezelle.com/sizing where you will find guidelines on how to measure yourself.

HOW LONG TAKES TO RECEIVE MY DRESS?

Tailoring process takes 3-6 weeks. Delivery time is 5-7 working days, but may vary depending on the country of the receiver, customs, weather conditions and other unforeseen events.

HOW IS MY ORDER PREPARED?

To provide you with a unique experience, we pay particular attention to the preparation of your order. 
Each order is prepared at SEZELLE workshop, individually packed in its designer box. The box is then covered with special waterproof paper to protect the goods and keep the package anonymous during shipping. 

WHO ARE THE CARRIERS FOR DELIVERY?

SEZELLE works with several carriers:

DO PRICES INCLUDE IMPORT TAXES?

For orders outside of the U.S., a customs duty will be charged depending on the country which you reside. SEZELLE is not responsible for payment of this duty. The carrier will contact you when your order is in customs and will collect taxes. You must pay the necessary fees for your order to be released from customs.

I RECEIVE A PAYMENT ERORR/3DS ERORR/ I CAN NOT PROCESS WITH THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Possible reasons are:

1. Password error

2. The card is closed to 3D or international online transactions

3. The customer has entered the 3D password, but the limit is insufficient

4.The 3D page has been reached, but the customer has closed the 3D screen without any action

 At the same time, the customer may have changed his sim card, if he has not informed his bank after this change, he may not be able to type the password because the password is not displayed on the 3D screen that opens, or the 3D page may not be sent by the bank.
